MINIMALIST AND MID-RANGE VIDEO PROJECT COSTS - THE SMALL PRINT
OVERVIEW
We've tried to make it easy for clients and prospects to be able to not only cost a video project quickly, but also see what they can expect to get in terms of quality, scope and additional elements, and we've laid out below some visual examples to help you the get a feel for that.
The good news is that in many circumstances your project needs will be accommodated within our pricing structure without issue. There are though circumstances - due to the nature of 3D production, that certain specific project requirements can be so complex or time consuming to produce, that there needs to be either additional costings to achieve them, or we work out a way to hit the required strategic goals in an alternative way to bring us back into the pricing model. This we are more than happy to work towards if the circumstance demands it.
PROJECT SCOPE - ELEMENTS x COMPLEXITY x SHOTS
It’s almost impossible to provide guidelines for proposing a projects scope - ie, the amount of elements, the overall complexity and the number of shots within a video - because each project is entirely different, and the time and effort involved in any specific shot can vary wildly based upon small differences in requirements.
This being said, our studio style is mainly ‘Less is more’, but within that there needs to be enough variety and relevantly engaging content to entice the viewer. The Minimal and Mid-range content examples below show what kind of things are possible and the amount of those elements we can incorporate in your project scales alongside the videos duration.
